Yoga
2 to 3 Times a Week
Unwind, stretch, and strengthen in our all-levels yoga sessions. These flows help increase flexibility, reduce stress, and bring balance to your body and mind. Our friendly instructors create a supportive space that welcomes everyone.
Kids Yoga
Every Thursday at 5 PM (Ages 3–8)
Introduce your little ones to movement, mindfulness, and fun with Kids Yoga every Thursday at 5 PM! This playful session is designed for ages 3–8 and helps kids build body awareness, confidence, and calm – all while having fun in a safe and nurturing environment.
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)
Weekly (Daily Sessions Coming Soon!)
Boost your endurance, burn calories, and get stronger in our high-energy HIIT sessions. With quick bursts of movement and recovery periods, you’ll get maximum results in less time. We’re running HIIT weekly now, with daily sessions launching soon!
Mat Pilates
Monthly During Events (Weekly Sessions Coming Soon!)
Build core strength, improve posture, and tone your whole body with our mat Pilates sessions — currently offered during our monthly fitness events. These sessions are perfect for all levels, and we’re excited to bring them to the weekly schedule soon!
