Donovan Smolich grew up surrounded by health and fitness, spending much of his childhood in his family’s gym alongside his sister and brother. Being raised in that environment helped shape his passion for movement, wellness, and helping others feel and move their best. With a strong background in health and fitness, he has dedicated his career to improving overall well-being through chiropractic care and movement-based healing.

Donovan is a professional chiropractor serving both Burbank and Seattle, specializing in tailbone alignment, jaw work, spinal alignment, and supporting overall body function and wellness. His approach focuses on helping clients feel balanced, move better, and improve their quality of life through intentional, personalized care.

Outside of his professional work, Donovan enjoys break dancing, spending time with friends and family, and prioritizing his own self-care and well-being. He believes that consistently taking care of both the body and mind is an important part of living a healthy, balanced life.

Nicole Smolich is the co-owner of 206 Fitness alongside her brother, Donovan. She grew up in a loving home with her mom, dad, and two brothers, where family, hard work, and community were always at the center of life. Nicole and Donovan both grew up working alongside their dad, the founder of the gym, learning everything they know about business, fitness, and creating a strong community from him.

Nicole grew up playing sports and has always had a passion for health and fitness. Like many women, her journey has included weight fluctuations through different stages of life and motherhood. After having her two beautiful daughters, she made the commitment to prioritize her health through consistent workouts, healthier eating habits, and creating a more balanced lifestyle. She continues to embrace the journey of becoming the best version of herself while encouraging others to focus on consistency, progress, and self-love.

In addition to co-owning 206 Fitness, Nicole is also a licensed esthetician and offers customized facials through her business, Facials by Cole, helping clients feel confident and cared for both inside and out.

Outside of work, Nicole loves spending quality time with her husband, two girls, family, and friends. She enjoys staying active through hot yoga, Pilates, and working out, while also staying fully involved in growing and supporting her businesses. Nicole is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where people feel supported, empowered, and motivated in every part of their wellness journey.

Susana has been a dedicated member of the 206 Fitness team for 18 years, and she is truly appreciated for everything she does. She plays a key role in keeping the facility in top condition, helping maintain what is often recognized as one of the cleanest gyms in the Burien area—and possibly even the greater Seattle region.

Her attention to detail and consistency help ensure the gym remains a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for all members. Susana’s hard work behind the scenes is a big part of what makes 206 Fitness feel like home.

Outside of work, Susana also has a passion for fitness herself. She enjoys working out and is a long-time marathon runner, reflecting her dedication to health, discipline, and endurance. She is deeply valued by the 206 Fitness community and loved by the entire team.

Criselda is a dedicated member of the team at 206 Fitness, working as both a front desk associate and personal trainer while also maintaining a long-standing career with Costco Wholesale, where she has worked for over 20 years. Outside of work, she is a wife and proud mother of two teenage boys.

With a background in Hospitality Management and Tourism, Criselda has always been passionate about connecting with people and creating a welcoming, supportive environment. She also serves as a board member for the Des Moines Waterfront Farmers Market, reflecting her commitment to supporting healthier, stronger communities.

Now in her late 40s, Criselda is especially passionate about menopause, aging, and helping people train in a way that supports long-term strength, energy, recovery, and overall wellness. She believes fitness should be realistic, sustainable, and fit into everyday life—not feel overwhelming.

Her coaching approach focuses on balance, consistency, and the connection between physical and mental health. Criselda’s passion is helping people feel stronger, more confident, and supported through every stage of life.

Fitness has taken on a whole new meaning for Sav as she’s stepped into her 30s. What started as simply loving to lift has turned into something deeper—really tuning into her health, her energy, and how she takes care of herself day to day.

It’s no longer just about workouts for her; it’s about building a strong foundation for her future. She wants to feel good, move well, and show up as her best self in every area of life.

One of Sav’s biggest dreams is to have a family one day, and she wants to be the kind of mom who can truly keep up with her kids—running around, staying active, and being fully present. For Sav, fitness is about longevity, strength, and creating a life she can fully live in.

You’ll usually find Cindy dancing like no one’s watching, flowing through yoga when she needs to reset, or in the kitchen cooking up something cozy (and probably a little too much 😅).

She loves finding that balance between strong and soft, sweaty and calm, go-go-go and slowing it down. Life feels best for Cindy when she’s moving, laughing, and sharing good meals with the people she loves.
